2 turkey legs,

4-5 tablespoons heavy cream,
2-3 sprigs of rosemary,
I don’t remember where I came across this very simple recipe, but I’ll never forget how to make these turkey legs. The recipe is very easy and clear to understand.
1. Cut the garlic.
2. Rub the turkey leg with paper towel. Using a sharp knife make small incisions in the turkey and insert the garlic.
3. Rub the legs well with salt and pepper. Put them in a baking dish. Pour the cream over the turkey and bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Wait until the top of the turkey legs are well browned and turn. Bake for another 15 minutes.
4. Add the rosemary to the pan, add some extra cream, cover with a lid and cook in the oven for 1 hour until tender at 180 degrees. I don’t have a baking dish with a lid so I used a Tajin.
5. Voila! The meat came out very tender and thanks to the rosemary and garlic the turkey is very fragrant. Serve with potatoes or salad.
