Tiger prawns : 500 g,
thyme and other herbs to taste,
garlic: 1 clove,
parsley: 1 sheath,
chili pepper: 1,
olive oil: 5 tbsp
butter: 100 g
juice of 1 lime,
salt, white pepper : to taste

Cooking is very simple and fast!

Ingredients:

 

1. Melt the butter in olive oil, as it heats up, put finely chopped chili pepper there (in my case the pepper was not so pungent, so I kept it in the oil, but normally you will want to take it out after 30 sec), herbs (dont chop), finely chopped garlic, then, immediately put the prawns in the pan, pour the juice of 1 lime, fry for 3 minutes, salt it, and pepper it.

 

2.  Turn the prawns over, sprinkle with parsley, fry for 2 minutes and turn off the fire.

Prawns are ready.

Be careful to not overdo them on fire, otherwise prawns will become rubber.

Sprinkle with parsley.

 

Voila! Best served with white rice, sprinkled with soy sauce, and lime juice, applied to prawns while eating. Green tea is good to accompany.
