2 pieces of steak of tuna, 
a couple of sprigs of rosemary, 
mixed spices for fish, 
soy sauce, 
lime juice, 
black pepper.



1. Sprinkle fish with spices on both sides, pepper and rosemary, sprinkle lightly with soy sauce and the juice of half a lime. On the top put a slice of lime, another sprig of rosemary and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.


2. Preheat a grill pan, put on tuna steaks and fry for about 3 minutes.


3. Turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes.


4. The tuna steak is ready, the most important thing is not overcook it, so it does not become dry. Serve with your favorite fish sauce and white rice, drizzled with soy sauce or a salad of arugula and tomato. Bon Appetit!
