1 chicken breast, cut into 2 pieces, 
salt and pepper to taste, 
1 tsp. crushed garlic, 
vegetable oil, 
a compound butter with red pepper.



1. Rub both sides of the chicken fillets with salt, pepper and garlic. 


2. Preheat the pan. 


3. Fry the chicken until cooked. Properly cooked chicken should be soft and juicy with a nice crust. You can test if the chicken is thoroughly cooked by piercing the meat with a knife, the juices should be clear, if the juices are still pink the meat is not ready.  


4. Move the cooked fillet to a serving plate and top with 15grams of the red pepper compound butter. 


5. That’s it! Serve with your favorite side dish or salad.
