Into two portions: 
1 ripe avocado, 
2 tomatoes, 
dressing of olive oil, lime juice and garlic.



1. Make the dressing, for this we need to mix 2 tablespoon olive oil, juice of half a lime and 1 clove of crushed garlic. Set aside to let it infuse.


2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the avocado using a melon baller or simply cut them into cubes. Salt, pepper, pour dressing over.
