2 tablespoons of good orange jam,
2 tablespoons dijon mustard,
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
half teaspoon ground coriander seeds,
This recipe is absolutely magical. The fish is sweet with a wonderful aroma. After trying this fish just once I wanted to keep this recipe forever.
1. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
2.Mix the juice, mustard, orange marmalade, soy sauce and coriander seed.
3. Put the salmon pieces in a baking dish and pour the marinade over. Allow to sit for half an hour.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
5. It’s done!
6. Voila! Very quick and easy. It tastes fantastic! Serve the fish hot with your favorite garnish. I really liked this fish with pineapple salsa, an incredibly delicious combination.
