2 large tomatoes,
half an avocado,
bunch of parsley,
chives,
3 coriander sprigs,
lemon juice,
mayonnaise.

This salad is very simple to prepare, it is quite rich because of the avocado and mayonnaise, so it is best served in small portions as a side salad.

Ingredients:

 

1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

 

2. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Mix it through the tomatoes immediately so the avocado does not discolour.

 

3. Finely chop the other vegetables and sprinkle salad with lemon juice.

 

3. Gently stir. Here you can add any salad dressing, I used my homemade mayonnaise.

 

4.Voila! The salad is ready. The homemade mayonnaise dressing adds a rich taste.
