150g blackberries,
150g natural yogurt,
200g ricotta cheese (or low-fat cottage cheese),
50g icing sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.

The idea for this recipe came to me accidentally. I had nothing ready to serve to guests, I looked in the refrigerator and found some berries and a little ricotta. I didn’t know what to do with them but I didn’t have time to bake something, so I made up this recipe. It came out very tasty!



1. Beat the ricotta, yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.


2. Fill glasses with the mixture and berries. The dessert is ready. See how fast it is? And it is very tasty! Mmmmm! I think this dessert will appeal especially to children.
