1 ripe avocado,
200g ricotta or low-fat cottage cheese,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
1 tablespoon brown sugar (or ideally honey),
salt to taste.
This pate is perfect for breakfast or just a snack. You can spread it on toast or bread, or you can just eat it as is.
1. We clean the avocado. If the avocado is fully ripe, the skin should come off and the pip should come out easily.
2. Finely chop the avocado, put it in blender, add the cheese, lemon juice and sugar (or honey).
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Voila! The pate is ready! Very quick and easy, and most importantly, very tasty and unusual. Season it lightly with salt if needed, but I like it quite sweet.
